I was looking for a memory book for my first child that wasn't too girly or cheesy and had plenty of pages and room for pictures and written memories. I am pleased with the product and can't wait to start using it.

I bought this for my daughter who is now 6 months old. I also have a CR Gibson baby book for my son who is 3 and I will say I love the fact that the information is almost exactly the same so I tend to remember a little easier what I need to make note of in the book. I am forever writing dates down so I can transcribe it into the book! This particular book is very cute - a perfect design for a baby girl. The only problem I have with this book that some of the prompts are confusing and the space to answer the prompts or record dates may be extremely short. With my son, after he turned a year old and I no longer had pre-printed pages for each monthly entry, I wrote him a letter once a month and the rings in the book make it easy to add pages and remove pages. I'm hoping to be able to do this for my daughter as well. We all know the time we have with them is very short and this book makes it easy to record all the little facts that you'll want to remember!!

The pictures online looked so adorable...so I was kind of disappointed when I opened the packaging to see that the cover had (large) yellow fade spots in the white areas. I tried to think it was just my imagination, because the inside content was adorable; just what I was looking for. I returned it because I thought that if it looks this badly yellowed now, what will it look like years from now? I'm glad to see that not everyone has had this experience...it IS a very cute book...I just hated the hassle of returning something I was so excited to get, and won't be buying another memory book online.
