I was waiting for company to call me back before leaving a post. It has been 3 days and haven't received a call back. So here are my pro/con.

pro: nothing as of yet.

Con: All walls are 6-8 inches too short compared to my canopy.
the diagram shows 2 long walls with 14 holes. However the actual walls have 18 holes.
Since there are 18 holes (and not 14), I was missing 8 elastic straps.
No return call from company.
I was going to give the product a 3 star for the items said above. However, after not hearing from the company, minus one more start to 2 STARS.
I cannot comment on the quality since I just received the product. The quality seems okay.

I HAD THIS PRODUCT OVER MY BOAT AND LIKED IT ALOT.
BUT ON THIS REPLACEMENT, I CANNOT FIND HOW MANY PIECES ARE INCLUDED (AS 2 SIDES, 1 FRONT 1 BACK) ETC. THAT IS WITH THE ORDER.

NO ANSWERS???????

I set this canopy up in April and by the end of July the tarp fabric was brittle and tearing everywhere. It was in full sun but I expected it to last much longer than 3.5 months. The canopy also acted like a huge sail/balloon if the slightest breeze. Gusty breezes would make the side panels ride up the poles about 2 feet. Even with every pole staked down, I had to lash a heavy rope to each pole and stake it down to keep the canopy on the ground. A late summer thunderstorm finally shredded all the fabric to the point where I just threw it all away. Total waste of money.
