The Altec Lansing Muzx core MZX206 headphones aren't any good. The sound from these headphones are tinny, with little base sound at all. I purchased these in the hopes of replacing my stock ear buds but a simple sound test showed that the MZX206 just don't compare. I had two other friends do side by side comparisons, testing the MZX206 and then swap in the stock ear buds and we all agreed, the MZX206 ear buds are weak.

These are going right back, these are a waste of money.

On the plus side, their microphone worked nicely and it was nice to be able to do audio control of my music, but the poor sound quality is a deal breaker.

Earphones are fine as far as sound quality is concerned, other reviews are probably going to much more helpful in that department. In fact those reviews persuaded me to buy these. Within two days after purchasing, the part that connects to the audio jack started crapping out, and now one earphone constantly loses sound.
