I've been taking Nitrocore 24 for the past 3-4 years. I take 2 scoops before bed and I wake up less hungry, which is great because I know I haven't been in a catabolic state for very long. Really a great product, strawberry is pretty dang good.

This product works as described, but I don't think I've made any additional muscle gains using this compared to ON Gold Standard whey. This is a great protein for right before bed. It is thicker than standard whey and takes longer to digest. My only issue with it is that it has 200 calories, so if you're watching your calories this can eat up your daily amount quickly. I would recommend this product, but if you're looking for an after workout shake I would stick with Whey.

Good multi protein blend. Good price. This protein is good for anytime throughout the day. For the price, one of the best blended proteins on the market. Coupled with Amazon's subscription services, it is good to have a steady supply on a monthly basis.
